Pepper, a gorgeous wee lurcher who came to GAL when her previous owner could no longer take care of her.
The success story of Pepper’s adoption
I adopted Pepper when she was 4.
I had originally planned to foster, but when Pepper came to help with my home check, we immediately fell in love! She came to stay that weekend and never left!
Our journey has had its ups and downs but I am so happy to have her in my family. At a time when I was down she saved me as much as I saved her. She’s the most friendly, perfect girl and makes everyone smile. She’s become a therapet at my work, making everyone’s lives better - not just ours!
Unfortunately she has recently suffered a serious illness, but we’re getting through it. We are so proud of her and would do absolutely anything for her because she brings us so much joy.
She loves the beach, toys and cheese. She is the mostly cuddly girl and always likes to be close. It was meant to be, me and her.
